Andre Henderson is a results-oriented sales leader with over seven years of experience driving revenue growth and spearheading high-performing teams at Advanced Tactics Security (ATS). In his role as Vice President of Sales, Andre combines strategic vision with operational excellence, leveraging his deep understanding of the security landscape to deliver exceptional results.
A graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Andre possesses a strong foundation in business principles and financial acumen. He utilizes this knowledge to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that not only meet but exceed company objectives. Danielle Redman
Vice President of H.R.
A forward-thinking and dedicated Human Resources professional with five years of experience in confidential administration, Danielle has a proven track record of success working across multiple locations with both union and non-union employees. Her expertise includes a strong understanding of federal and local labor laws, coupled with a talent for effectively bridging the gap between labor force and management to achieve shared objectives.
Currently serving as a Confidential Human Resource Coordinator at Giant Eagle (2017-present), Danielle administers progressive discipline and coaching according to company policy, conducts thorough investigations into employee-related issues, and partners with business leaders to foster a performance management culture aligned with company objectives and excellent customer service. Her responsibilities also encompass managing employee FMLA, payroll discrepancies, grievances, and unemployment hearings, as well as overseeing the full hiring process, from requisitions and interviews to onboarding. Furthermore, she processes weekly payroll, vacations, and terminations.
Prior to her current role, Danielle gained valuable experience in store operations at Giant Eagle, serving as a Front-End Manager (2014-2017) where she supervised and mentored team members across various departments and prioritized customer satisfaction. She also honed her analytical and detail-oriented skills as a Point of Sales Lead (2009-2014), managing store-wide pricing and ensuring accuracy through regular audits.
David Henderson
Director of Business Analytics
David Henderson is a results-oriented leader and data analytics expert who empowers organizations to make informed decisions through strategic project leadership, advanced analytics, and business intelligence solutions. As Director of Business Analytics, he drives efficiency and innovation by leading projects from conception to production, often serving as both project manager and lead developer. He excels at leveraging diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights that drive business success.
David’s key achievements highlight his impact: he designed company-wide Power BI dashboards that significantly reduced internal team workload by 31% in 2022 and a further 24% in 2024. He has a proven track record of successfully leading and executing analytics projects, incorporating scrum methodologies for solution-driven outcomes, as demonstrated by his work with DHL Quickbase, a data management tool, and the associated Power BI dashboard he created in 2024. Furthermore, David is committed to empowering users, developing and implementing internal training programs for system adoption and operational continuity from 2021 to 2024. Kimberly Henderson

Dr. Kimberly A. Henderson, PhD, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a distinguished healthcare professional with over three decades of experience in nursing, embodying a commitment to lifelong learning and service. Her career began as a Registered Nurse in 1992, establishing a strong foundation for her subsequent academic and professional achievements.
Dr. Henderson’s pursuit of advanced education is exemplary. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. Recently, she completed her PhD from the Catholic University of America, focusing her research on cardiovascular disease prevention in African American women, a critical area of study given the high cardiovascular disease burden in this population.
Her diverse clinical expertise spans family practice, cardiac care, and vascular surgery. Dr. Henderson has contributed her skills to prominent healthcare systems, including UPMC and Allegheny Health Network, and currently serves veterans at the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System. This breadth of experience showcases her adaptability and comprehensive understanding of various healthcare settings.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Henderson is deeply committed to community health. She volunteers at health fairs, providing blood pressure screenings and preventative counseling, demonstrating her dedication to proactive health management and patient empowerment. Sheldon Williams
V.P. Security Consultants
Sheldon Williams has experience in both military and public service. He served 18 years in the military, first as a combat medic in the Army and then as an emergency management specialist in the Air Force National Guard. Additionally, he has served as a public servant for 21 years. Although his primary discipline was law enforcement, he has distinguished himself as one of a few individuals with certifications in all public safety areas, including fire, hazmat, and EMS.
As a police officer, he became a subject matter expert in tactics and explosives and was a key team leader in Pittsburgh’s SWAT team and the Bomb Squad. He retired from the City of Pittsburgh in 2011 to pursue his call to ministry by serving as one of the Administrative Pastors at Allegheny Center Alliance Church and as the Homestead Campus Pastor. In Sept 2022, Sheldon transitioned from his role as a pastor and is now employed as a full-time faculty member within the Emergency Medicine program at the University of Pittsburgh. He continues to provide his expertise in the field as a public safety consultant for government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

His background includes extensive work in loss prevention, security management, and emergency preparedness. Beyond his professional life, Andre serves as a Senior Pastor, demonstrating proven leadership and a commitment to his community. This balance provides him with a grounded perspective in all his endeavors. A firm believer in continuous learning, Andre stays current with the latest security practices and technologies. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and development. Ensures high-quality security services, builds client relationships, coordinates support services, and handles escalated security issues.
- Site Captain, Allied Universal (March 2020 – July 2023): Supervised staff across three locations, overseeing daily operations. Trained staff on policies, procedures, and certifications. Conducted officer evaluations, managed scheduling, and handled recruitment. Maintained client and contractor relationships, including payroll management.
- Managing Director, Lift Empowerment (2022 – 2023): Conducted on-site physical security assessments and implemented lockdown procedures. Provided de-escalation training, issued risk assessments, and led active shooter training and evacuation drills. Promoted “See Something, Say Something” initiatives.
- District Loss Prevention Manager (August 1994 – February 2020): Supervised 12 store Loss Prevention departments across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Conducted internal investigations, safety audits, and physical security assessments. Processed payroll, attended court hearings, and installed, repaired, and troubleshot CCTV systems.

Kevin Fonner
Security Consultant
Kevin Fonner is an experienced security professional with over 15 years of expertise in the field. Having served as the Security Manager at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC) for more than a decade, Kevin honed a deep understanding of large-scale event security, crisis management, and operational security. Following this, he took on the role of Security Manager at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust for two years, further expanding his experience in protecting cultural and public spaces.
With a passion for safety and preparedness, Kevin transitioned to the role of Manager of Buildings and Grounds at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh for the last three years where he ensures the security and safety of both the facility and its visitors. Over the past 8 + years, Kevin has also been a speaker on Active Threat Prevention, sharing his valuable insights with various organizations.
A proud member of the ASIS Pittsburgh Chapter, Kevin is committed to continuous professional development and contributing to the security community. Kevin has conducted specialized training for staff at the DLCC and the National Aviary, as well as Resident Life Staff at Slippery Rock University. He has also taught an Introduction to Private Security course at Slippery Rock University, further demonstrating his dedication to education and training in the field.

Dr. Christine L. Secilia
Security Consultant
Dr. Christine L. Secilia brings over a decade of experience and specialized training within both law enforcement and higher education. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator and Lecturer for the undergraduate Criminal Justice program at Point Park University. Her recent experience includes a position as a Safety and Security Director/Chief of Police for a major organization, where she gained extensive practical experience in safety and security operations.
Dr. Secilia is proficient in conducting security and risk assessments and has completed over forty hours of advanced tactical security physical assessment training. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of state and local criminal and vehicle laws and investigative procedures. Her certifications include current CPR and First Aid, and she maintains her retired law enforcement carry certification under LEOSA.
Dr. Secilia’s educational background includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Administration and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice Administration. She is a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma-Criminal Justice Honor Society. Known for her strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and exceptional problem-solving skills, Dr. Secilia is committed to achieving organizational goals and fostering a safe and secure environment.
Allison Madden
Security Consultant
In her current role at the Community College of Allegheny County, Allison leads the administration of multiple security software platforms, including the Lenel OnGuard access control system, RAVE Alert Mass Notification System & Guardian App, IncidentTracker, and Avigilon Video Surveillance Platform. She oversees building access control, key control, and card access programming, ensuring the security and integrity of campus facilities. Additionally, she coordinates with IT and security teams to implement technology-driven security solutions that enhance emergency preparedness and response.
Beyond system management, Allison plays a critical role in safety and security project execution, providing logistical oversight, financial tracking, and resource allocation. She collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement emergency management strategies, ensuring compliance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and other safety regulations. She also facilitates college-wide training programs on security software and access control to strengthen institutional safety measures.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Cybersecurity, further expanding her expertise in security technology, risk management, and cyber defense.
